A man was wounded in a West Garfield Park neighborhood shooting Saturday night on the West Side.

The 32-year-old was walking about 11 p.m. in the 4000 block of West West End when he heard gunfire and felt pain, according to Chicago Police.

He was shot in the upper left leg and later showed up at Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
