SEEN ON THE SCENE: “Chicago Fire” star Jesse Spencer was spotted dining alfresco the other night at Monteverde — enjoying some of chef Sarah Gruneberg’s delish pastas. … Meanwhile over at Joy District recent sightings have included Bryshere Gray (“Empire”), as well as singer Aaron Carter, actor and singer Drake Bell, and ESPN mainstay Mike Wilbon. … Patrick Flueger of “Chicago PD” slipped into Jake Melnick’s Corner Tap in Streeterville — joined by family members to dine on “poncho” wings, a turkey burger and a bit ‘o mac ‘n cheese — topping it all off with hot fudge sundaes … In town for a Labor Day weekend comedy show, actor and comedian Jon Lovitz was spied dining Wednesday night at the popular Italian eatery Siena Tavern — choosing water as his beverage of choice, but also seen enjoying chef/owner Fabio Viviani’s homemade pasta, including gnocchi and a faro risotto — but no dessert! … Actor Justin Kirk (“Weeds,” “Tyrant”) — in town shooting the upcoming new Fox series “A.P.B.” — slipped into HI-VIBE Superfood Juicery a couple of times this week, seen downing the River North spot’s “Bulletproof” coffee.
