Man grazed by bullet during Austin party

A man was shot early Tuesday during a party in the Austin neighborhood on the West Side.

At 2:27 a.m., the 40-year-old man was at a family party in the 1300 block of North Waller when he got into an argument with another person, who then pulled out a revolver and fired two shots, according to Chicago Police.

The man suffered a graze wound to the head and refused medical attention, police said.
