A 65-year-old woman with dementia who left her Wicker Park neighborhood home Friday and never returned has been located at a west suburban hospital, police announced Monday morning.

Lillie Taylor left the 1300 block of North Leavitt to do errands near North Avenue and Homan, according to a Chicago Police alert. 

Taylor was later located at MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, police said.
