A 17-year-old boy and a man were shot Saturday night in the North Side Uptown neighborhood.

The two were each shot in the back about 8:20 p.m. in the 4900 block of North Kenmore, according to Chicago Police.

They took themselves to Weiss Memorial Hospital, where their conditions were stabilized, police said.

Additional details were not immediately available.
