A south suburban man has been charged with a misdemeanor after he allegedly fired a gun into the air during an argument early Saturday outside the Rock ‘n’ Roll McDonald’s in River North.

Two groups of people from two separate party buses were arguing about 1:30 a.m. outside the restaurant at 600 N. Clark when 23-year-old Bryant Moore of South Holland pulled out a handgun and fired into the air, Chicago Police said.

No one was injured in the shooting, police said. Moore was taken into custody and investigators recovered a weapon. He was charged with a misdemeanor count of reckless conduct, police said Monday.
