12 hurt in Woodlawn bus crash

Twelve people were hurt in a bus crash Tuesday afternoon in the South Side Woodlawn neighborhood.

The CTA bus collided with a car about 4 p.m. at 67th Street and Cottage Grove Avenue, according to Chicago Police.

Twelve people were taken to hospitals with minor injuries, fire officials said. Five others declined treatment at the scene.

No citations were issued for the crash, police said.
