A 3-year-old boy accidentally shot his 9-year-old cousin Saturday morning in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The boy found a gun inside a home about 11:30 a.m. in the 3200 block of West Fulton when he accidentally shot the 9-year-old girl in the right arm, according to Chicago Police.

The girl’s parents took her to Stroger Hospital, where she was listed in good condition, police said.
