A man was shot early Sunday and refused to be treated by medical professionals, police said.

About 12:45 a.m., the 49-year-old man showed up at Stroger Hospital with a wound to his leg, Chicago Police said.

After refusing to give details of the shooting, the man walked out of the hospital and refused medical attention, according to police.
