A motorcyclist was wounded in a shooting Wednesday morning in the Fernwood neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The 30-year-old man told investigators he was riding his motorcycle about 11:34 a.m. in the 300 block of West 99th Place when someone fired shots at him, according to Chicago Police.

He showed up at Little Company of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park, where he was listed in good condition, police said.
