A man was wounded in a shooting Sunday afternoon in the West Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The 24-year-old was sitting in a vehicle at 12:14 p.m. in the 4400 block of West Maypole when someone rode up on a bicycle and shot him in the left arm, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said.
