A 16-year-old girl reported missing from Woodlawn on the South Side has been located. 

Faustina Nash was last seen Monday in the 6400 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police.

Police canceled the alert Wednesday, stating that Nash had safely returned to her family. Further details were not provided.
