Sean Weinstock bass fished on the Chain O’Lakes Monday, but he had a muskie rod along anticipating dropping water temperatures.

``Once I saw the lake get to 79, I started fishing for muskie,’’ he messaged. ``It was an awesome time of the day. Sun was still over the trees but not by much.’’

He was rewarded with his second personal best of 2019, a 45 1/4-inch muskie.
