A 12-year-old girl reported missing from the South Shore neighborhood may need medical attention, according to police.

Kaia Scott was last seen June 13 near the 7300 block of South South Shore Drive, Chicago police said in a missing person alert.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call Area One detectives at 312-747-8380.
