Missing man last seen in Little Village

Andrzej Fusiarski was last seen in the 3700 block of West Ogden Avenue, and lives in the 4200 block of West Lake Street.

A 76-year-old man was reported missing May 5 from Little Village on the Southwest Side.

Andrzej Fusiarski was last seen in the 3700 block of West Ogden Avenue, and lives in the 4200 block of West Lake Street, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police.

Fusiarski is 5-foot-6, 120 pounds, with blue eyes, gray hair, and has a fair complexion, police said. He was last seen wearing a gray sweater, blue jeans and crocs.
