A 36-year-old man died Saturday after he was fatally stabbed in suburban Maywood.

About 6 p.m. Friday, officers responded to the intersection of 2nd and Harvard Avenues, for calls of a man who was stabbed in the chest, Maywood police said.

Officers found Pedro Aragon-Hernandez, of Cicero, unconscious, and he was unable to give a statement, police said. He was rushed to Loyola Medical Center in Maywood, where he was pronounced dead about 3:30 a.m.

An autopsy conducted Sunday ruled his death a homicide, the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.
