PLAYING CATCH-UP

The Bears rallied for consecutive wins over the Minnesota Vikings and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but they’ve spent too much time this season having to dig themselves out of holes.

According to STATS, the Bears are in the bottom third of the league when it comes to time spent leading in games through 11 games this year. (Note: the Bears’ overtime loss against the Buffalo Bills in Week 1 is included).

PLAYING LATE

When it comes to fourth-quarter passing, Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford has had more opportunities to make a difference with his arm than quarterback Jay Cutler has this season. According to STATS, Stafford has attempted the sixth-most passes during fourth-quarter play this season.
