The Bears opened up Sunday against the Packers with an impressive drive down the field against the Packers.
While it didn’t result in a touchdown, Robbie Gould came on the field and started off the season with a relative chip shot. The longtime kicker drilled a 28-yard field goal to give Chicago the early lead.
The field goal itself was relatively unremarkable. However, with it, Gould became the all-time leader in franchise history in made field goals.
Robbie Gould now owns the #Bears franchise record for most field goals made with 244.

Since being drafted in 2005, Gould has been one of the most accurate kickers in NFL history. At age 33, Gould is signed through the 2017 season.
