Although no snow is expected to rain on President Barack Obama’s visit to Chicago today, Sneed is told a phalanx of snow plows has been ordered to surround the perimeter of the Chicago Cut Steakhouse during Obama’s visit — to deter any possibility of trouble.
The Chicago River locale of the steakhouse has made the Secret Service especially cautious.
