Three catalytic converter thefts were reported in March in Avondale on the Northwest Side.
The thefts happened:
- Between noon March 2 and noon March 3 in the 3100 block of North Sawyer Avenue;
- Between midnight March 3 and midnight March 4 in the 3000 block of North Spaulding Avenue; and
- Between 8:15 a.m. and 4 p.m. March 11 in the 3200 block of West Barry Avenue.
Police believe two men are involved.
