Two robberies were reported in April in Rogers Park on the North Side.

In each incident, lone victims were approached by a group of people on bikes who beat them up before stealing property, Chicago police said in a community alert.

The robberies happened about 10:15 p.m. April 13 in the 6900 block of North Sheridan Road and about 10 p.m. April 26 in the 2200 block of West Greenleaf Avenue, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Area Three detectives.
