Man killed in Humboldt Park shooting

A 25-year-old man was shot to death Saturday in Humboldt Park on the West Side.

He was shot multiple times at 6:28 a.m. in the 3400 block of West Ohio Street and pronounced dead at the scene, Chicago police said.

The Cook County medical examiner’s office identified the man as Anji Webster, who lived in the same neighborhood.

An autopsy conducted Sunday confirmed that Webster died of multiple gunshot wounds, the medical examiner’s office said. His death was ruled a homicide.

No one is in custody as Area Four detectives investigate.
