Four apartments were burglarized in June and July 2020, in South Chicago.

Chicago police are warning residents of four recent apartment burglaries reported in South Chicago.

In each incident someone broke into apartments and stole electronics and other miscellaneous items, according to a community alert from Chicago police.

The burglaries happened:

  • Between June 14 and June 26 in the 8500 block of South Colfax Avenue;
  • Between about 11 a.m. and midnight June 28 in the 8500 block of South Muskegon Avenue;
  • Between about 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. July 1 in the 8600 block of South Manistee Avenue; and
  • Between about 10 a.m. and noon July 3 in the 2800 block of East 90th Street.
