Man killed in Harvey shooting

The shooting happened about 10:30 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of East 147th Street, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

A man was fatally shot Sunday in south suburban Harvey.

D’Andre Dilworth, 18, was shot multiple times about 10:30 p.m. outside his home in the 100 block of East 147th Street, according to Harvey police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Dilworth was pronounced dead at 10:58 p.m., the medical examiner’s office said. His death was ruled a homicide.

Police said he was possibly meeting with someone when he was shot but said details were not “firm” at this time.

Harvey police are investigating.
