Chicago police are warning residents of a pair of armed robberies reported in Bridgeport on the South Side.

In each incident someone was approached by two armed men who demand their personal property, Chicago police said in a community alert.

The robberies happened about 4:30 a.m. Feb. 6, in the 3300 block of South Wallace Street and about 2:40 p.m. Feb. 8, in the 900 block of West 35th Street, police said.
