An 18-year-old man was fatally shot last week in south suburban South Holland.

Jaheim Anderson was shot about 12:45 a.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of East 59th Place, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

An autopsy conducted Saturday ruled his death a homicide, the medical examiner’s office said.

The details of the shooting were unknown. South Holland police were unavailable for comment Saturday afternoon.
