A 13-year-old girl was shot Tuesday night while sitting in the back seat of a car in Riverdale on the Far South Side.

She was in the 300 block of East 131st Place when a man pulled out a gun and shot at a man sitting next to her about 10:30 p.m., Chicago police said.

The gunman shot the girl in the arm and left leg, police said. She was brought to South Shore Hospital in good condition.

No one was in custody, police said.
