Un niño de 3 años murió el martes después de caerse de una ventana desde el piso 17 de un edificio residencial en el lado Near North Side.

La Policía de Chicago dijo que el niño pudo haber quitado la malla de una ventana de un departamento en la cuadra 1100 al norte de LaSalle Drive alrededor de las 10:40 p.m. Lo encontraron debajo de los arbustos y lo llevaron al hospital infantil de Lurie, donde lo declararon muerto.

La policía dijo que el incidente está siendo investigado como un accidente.
