Jennifer Lopez is finding it’s very hard to move on in her personal life when her professional life is still so closely tied to soon-to-be-ex-husband Marc Anthony.

While J. Lo already is hot ‘n’ heavy with her 24-year-old toy boy, backup dancer Casper Smart, she still is working closely with Anthony on their new “Q’Viva! The Chosen” Latin talent competition show for Univision.

Along with arguing about who gets how much face time on the program, Lopez and Anthony reportedly often get into screaming matches over divorce issues, including their custody battle over their children.

†On top of all that, Anthony – who still carries a bit of a torch for Lopez – is said to be insanely jealous of Smart, who further fuels Anthony’s rage with frequent sarcastic cracks about Lopez’s ex.

STAR POWER: Oscar-winning movie mogul Harvey Weinstein hits town next month both to promote one his 2011 Academy Award hopefuls – “The Iron Lady,” starring Meryl Streep as Margaret Thatcher – and to help raise funds for CURE, Citizens United for Research in Epilepsy.

A Jan. 12 benefit screening will take place at the Showplace ICON Theaters, 150 W. Roosevelt Rd.

BACK TOGETHER? Not only are Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards vacationing together in the islands this Christmas holiday with their girls Lola and Sam (and her newly adopted daughter, Eloise), but friends are saying they think Charlie and Denise may remarry.

“She’s the only girl who can deal with Charlie and who has come close to handling him – as much as anyone can handle Charlie,” said a longtime Richards friend, laughing.

‘WAY TO GO!’ That’s what friends of Kobe Bryant’s estranged wife will be saying when they hear the long-humiliated NBA superstar’s spouse herself is dating.

A BZ spy reports seeing Vanessa Bryant lunching and looking very cozy with boxer Victor Ortiz, in a Marina del Rey, Calif., restaurant that the source says is a well-known “sneak joint.”

Bryant and Ortiz reportedly have been seeing each other for a couple of weeks.

SAD SITUATION: Michael Douglas is said to be deeply depressed and in a major funk after hearing the latest news about his long-troubled son, Cameron. The younger Douglas, already serving a four-year prison term for dealing heroin and meth, had an additional 54 months slapped on his sentence after the judge learned Douglas was attempting to get hold of heroin and prescription drugs while behind bars.

Though Douglas is being transferred to a facility with a better drug counseling program, his family is dubious that it will have any impact and now is convinced Cameron appears to be losing his years-long struggle with addiction to drugs.

TV TALK: The stars of the “Doyle & Debbie Show” – creator Bruce Arntson and castmates Jenny Littleton and Matt Carlton – will appear on Conan O’Brien’s late-night TBS talk show Jan. 10.

It will be the third time O’Brien has invited the performers from the delightful country music spoof and funfest on his show. “The Doyle & Debbie Show” previously appeared on NBC during O’Brien’s stewardship of “Late Night.”

“The Doyle & Debbie Show” continues at the Royal George Cabaret through March 18.

†Sorry, Reege, but guess your fans don’t miss you all that much. Since Regis Philbin left his daily talk show, the ratings for the successor “Live With Kelly” actually are up 12 percent – and up 14 percent in the show’s core demographic of women, ages 25-54.

According to a source at the show, the new format – with Kelly Ripa joined by a revolving cast of co-hosts – seems to be appealing to an audience curious about who will next join Ripa on set.

Among the more successful co-hosts have been Jerry Seinfeld, Neil Patrick Harris and Josh Groban.

SNIT FIT: “American Idol” runner-up Adam Lambert got into such a raucous slugfest outside a Helsinki gay bar with his Finnish boyfriend – local reality show star Sauli Koskinen – the two men were arrested and thrown in jail.

It didn’t last long. The cops released the two after only a few hours, indicating the fight was a liquor-fueled brawl.

SEEN ON THE SCENE: “Glee” star and Dolton native Jane Lynch – back home for the holidays – lunched at Prasino in La Grange, an eatery that’s become something of a favorite for the actress when she’s in the area.
