SEEN ON THE SCENE: Sports fans got a kick out of spotting San Diego Chargers quarterbacks Philip Rivers and Charlie Whitehurst dining at the Gibsons steakery on Rush, prior to their pre-season faceoff with the Bears Thursday. … Meanwhile, Da Bears’ Julius Peppers was spied chowing down across the street at LuxBar. … Over at Gibsons Private Dining in the Montgomery condo complex — Bo Jackson, Gayle Sayers, Loyola Ramblers head coach Porter Moser and Dana Pump of Double Pump, were all seen dining.
