Tarantino yanks film project

Quentin Tarantino

A furious Quentin Tarantino has announced he has shelved plans to make “The Hateful Eight,” a Western ensemble drama he had expected to be his next movie.

The reason? The script already has leaked out — though only given to six people (including several actors he was considering for roles).

The Oscar winner thinks an agent for either Bruce Dern or Michael Madsen was the guilty party. Tarantino also gave it to Tim Roth, but is convinced that actor did not show the script to anyone else.

Now Tarantino says he will next film a whodonit thriller, but he’s not saying a word beyond that.
