Norwegian Air has suspended negotiations to buy 20 new Dreamliners from Boeing Co. The airline said the jet order was derailed by delays in receiving U.S. approval for expanded service between Europe and the United States. Labor unions and airlines have opposed Norwegian Air’s plan, partly because the airline cuts costs by using Asian crews, Reuters reported.
