A man who died Tuesday afternoon after being pulled from Lake Michigan in the Rogers Park neighborhood earlier that morning drowned, an autopsy found.

Eric Pandasi, 20, was pulled from the lake near the 1100 block of West Pratt Avenue, authorities said.

Pandasi, of the 7500 block of North Sheridan Road, was taken to Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston where he was pronounced dead at 3:40 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.

Pandasi died of a drowning, and his death was ruled an accident, an autopsy found Friday.

The men, 18 and 20, were in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street about 9:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored sedan and fired shots. They were hospitalized in fair condition.
