Police are searching for a 15-year-old girl missing since Sunday from the Garfield Ridge neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

Kaitlyn Kwak, who goes by “Katie,” was last seen Sunday in the 4700 block of South Lamon, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Kaitlyn is described as a 5-foot-7, 130-pound white girl with blonde hair, hazel eyes and light complexion, police said. She was last seen wearing a black sleeveless t-shirt, pink shorts, and pink flip-flops, and may also be carrying a pink purse

She is known to frequent the areas near 48th and Cicero, and also south suburban Crestwood.
