Man shot on Far South Side

A man was was in the arm Monday evening in the Eden Green neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The man, whose exact age wasn’t immediately known, was shot at 5:59 p.m. in the 13200 block of South King Drive, according to preliminary information from Chicago Police.

The shooter drove off in a light-colored SUV.

The man was taken to a hospital in serious condition, police said.
