A 15-year-old girl reported missing from Portage Park on the Northwest Side has been found.

Genesis Munoz was last seen Dec. 1, according to a missing person alert from Area Five detectives.

Police said Munoz was found May 27 in the 3400 block of North Kedzie Avenue.
