In the morning, the President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

In the afternoon, the President will sign the bipartisan bill to cut student loan interest rates. There will be a pool spray of the signing in the Oval Office.

Later in the afternoon, the President will hold a press conference. The press conference in the East Room will be open press.

Following the press conference, the President will meet with Secretary of State Kerry in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.
