DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR

FRIDAY, MARCH 9, 2012

In the morning, the President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

Later in the morning, the President will travel to Prince George, Virginia. The departure from the South Lawn and the arrival at Richmond International Airport are open press.

In Prince George, the President will tour and deliver remarks on the economy at Rolls-Royce Crosspointe. The Rolls-Royce Crosspointe facility is a center of excellence for advanced manufacturing of precision-engineered engine discs and other components for some of the most sophisticated aircraft in the world. There will be travel pool coverage of the tour, and the President’s remarks are open press.

In the afternoon, the President will depart Prince George, Virginia en route Houston, Texas. The departure from Richmond International Airport and arrival at Ellington Airport are open press.

In the evening, the President will deliver remarks at two campaign events. The President’s remarks at the first campaign event are pooled for television and open to pre-credentialed correspondents. The second event is print pool coverage for remarks only.

At night, the President will return to Washington, DC. The departure from Ellington Airport and the arrival on the South Lawn are open press.
