President Barack Obama blitzed radio stations in key states on Monday and Tuesday in Chicago talking to WGCI — a station with a large African-American audience — urging listeners to vote. DemocratGov. Pat Quinn needs alarge black turnout to beat GOP nominee Bruce Rauner.

Obama also chatted about the Bulls prospects and he was upbeat. “Bulls look good.”
