President Barack Obama blitzed radio stations in key states on Monday and Tuesday in Chicago talking to WGCI — a station with a large African-American audience — urging listeners to vote. Democrat Gov. Pat Quinn needs a large black turnout to beat GOP nominee Bruce Rauner.

” ‘GCI listeners I know are pretty well informed, Obama said.

Obama also chatted about the Bulls prospects and he was upbeat. “Bulls look good.”
