WASHINGTON–President Barack Obama accepted the resignation of beleagured Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius on Friday and tappedSylvia Mathews Burwell to take over HHS and steer Obamacare while Republicans attack the health insurance program in the run-up to the November elections. After that, Obama and First Lady Michelle headed to New York City, where Obamadeliverered remarks to theNational Action Network convention–whose chiefis the Rev. Al Sharpton, also an MSNBC host.
