Obama guidance and press schedule April 11, 2014: New HHS chief

WASHINGTON–President Barack Obama accepted the resignation of beleagured Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius on Friday and tapped Sylvia Mathews Burwell to take over HHS and steer Obamacare while Republicans attack the health insurance program in the run-up to the November elections. After that, Obama and First Lady Michelle headed to New York City, where Obama deliverered remarks to the National Action Network convention–whose chief is the Rev. Al Sharpton, also an MSNBC host.
