WASHINGTON — Back from a Hawaii vacation, President Barack Obama on Monday remains at the White House. Later in the week, he travels to Detroit, Phoenix and Tennessee to preview State of the Union themes. On Tuesday, Obama and Vice President Joe Biden meet with President Enrique Peña Nieto of Mexico at the White House.
