A missing teenage girl who was last seen in Wisconsin might be on the South Side of Chicago, police say.

Alexis McDonald, 16, was last seen in Kiel, Wisconsin, on July 1, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police. She was last seen wearing a green Subway employee shirt and black pants.

McDonald may go by the names of Lexi or Cheyenne and could have changed her hairstyle, police said. She was described as white, with hazel eyes and brown hair, about 5-foot-6 and 130 pounds. She has a small scar on her cheek.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Kiel Police Department at (920) 894-2211, the Blue Island Police Department at (708) 385-1313, or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-THE-LOST.
