A man who went missing from a West Side rehabilitation facility Thursday was found safe Friday.

Matthew Roeder, 35, was last seen Wednesday and has been reported missing from the facility in the 3800 block of West Taylor, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

He returned to the facility safely, police said.
