With national signing day for football less than three months away, the number of uncommitted seniors is shrinking fast.

One of the best in Illinois has other priorities right now. That’s Spencer Tears, the wide receiver who caught a 57-yard touchdown pass in Richards’ 34-27 win over Lincoln-Way West on Saturday in a Class 6A second-round game.
