We’re going to try something new here at the blog. Every week (hopefully Monday) I will take a look at all the major rankings in the Chicago area (Sun-Times, Tribune, ESPN Chicago, City/Suburban Hoops Report) add things up and determine the consensus rankings.

Here’s a look at the preseason. Only 14 teams were ranked by all four publications:
