A man was shot while driving in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side late Monday morning.

About 11:30 a.m., the 30-year-old was driving east in the 3400 block of West Chicago when he suffered a graze wound to the torso, police said.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in good condition, police said.
