Police are searching for a man who robbed a female of her cellphone at a South Loop CTA rail station last Friday after displaying a Taser.

The robbery occurred about 2:40 p.m. at the Roosevelt station as the victim was transferring from the Red Line to the Green Line, according to an alert from police.

The suspect was described as a black man between 20 and 30 years old. He stands 5-foot-7 to 6-feet and weighs between 140 and 175 pounds. He also has a medium complexion, police said.
