Two men were wounded in a shooting near the Garfield Park Conservatory on the West Side Wednesday afternoon.

About 12:50 p.m., the two men were shot while they were in a vehicle in the 3700 block of West Lake, police said.

One man, 24, was shot in the back. The other man, 22, suffered a graze wound to his arm, police said.

Both men were taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where their conditions had both stabilized, police said.
