(KANKAKEE) There are less than two weeks left for the owner of a $175,000 lottery ticket to come forward and claim the prize from a drawing nearly one year ago.

The Lucky Day Lotto midday drawing on Jan. 17, 2014, matched the winning numbers — 06 – 07 – 15 – 27 – 36 – to a ticket purchased at Kankakee BP Fast N Fresh, 1860 East Court Street in Kankakee, according to a statement from the Illinois Lottery.

Players have one year from the original drawing date to claim lottery prizes, according to the statement. Unclaimed prizes are transferred to either the Common School Fund or the Capital Projects Fund.

Prizes can be claimed at one of five Illinois Lottery Prize Centers across the state in Chicago, Des Plaines, Springfield, Rockford or Fairview Heights.
