3 wounded — 1 critically — in Burnside shooting

Three men were shot late Saturday in the Burnside neighborhood on the South Side, leaving one critically wounded.

About 11 p.m., they were sitting in a vehicle parked in the 9000 block of South Greenwood when a white car passed by and someone inside started shooting, according to Chicago Police.

They drove to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where one of the men, 21, was listed in critical condition with gunshot wounds to the cheek, right eye and buttocks, police said.

A 23-year-old man was shot in the right arm and back, and a 34-year-old man in the left shoulder. Their conditions stabilized, police said.
